We’ve been with Maxton for over 20 years. If you run a SME, you’re crazy to not use them. When things go wrong, we get in touch and they fix it. We recently had a situation where one of our stores was excessively defaced by graffiti, the Maxton team resolved the claim in less than 24 hours! Even after all these years, we are always impressed with the exemplary service they provide us.
Last year, our online business suffered a cryptographic ransomware attack, with a demand for payment to release our database. Fortunately, Max had pre-empted the importance of Cyber Insurance at our previous insurance review. Max and Rina are genuinely interested in what we do, and this factor saved us in this circumstance.
We also had a devastating loss back in 2006, our store in the city was involved in a large explosion. It was an extremely stressful time dealing with assessors and salvaging stock, amongst other urgent things. Max did not leave our sides for three weeks. We are not sure how we would have got through it all without him and the Maxton team.
Now, Maxton look after all of our insurances, including our household, car and annual travel insurance policy, which covers us whether we travel locally or overseas for business or pleasure. Maxton are always professional and make the insurance process so easy, which means we can just focus on our business.
